The Key Account Manager will be responsible for promoting SERB’s products and for increasing the use of SERB’s products (Oncology) of Voraxaze and Vistogard for indications consistent with labelling within assigned territory. Must sell and differentiate the value of SERB’s products to customer groups and individual decision makers.
The Territory for this Key Account Manager will cover the following states: NY, MA, NJ, CT, RI, and NH.
This role will work closely with internal functions such as Inside Sales, Marketing, HR, Training and Sales Operations. Externally, the Key Account Manager will maintain relationships with Customers, CSO Leadership and Vendors.

As Key Account Manager, Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Ensure effective execution of SERB’s strategies and tactics within assigned geographic area
- Develop effective business plans to execute selling strategies that are consistent with corporate brand and marketing plans and are tailored to geography and customer context
- Review and analyse market/customer data to support and execute strategic planning
- Identify key decision makers for the use of our products and conduct customer meetings within assigned territory
- Maintain current CRM records
- Achieve sales goals for all promoted products
- Foster commitment to SERB and our products
- Educate HCPs on the correct use of our products in the disease in which they are approved
- Optimize time and efficiency within a large geographic area in order to maximize impact and results
- Utilize resources for greatest sales impact
- Review and analyze data/systems/processes to identify and create business opportunities and to improve tactical implementation of strategic goals
- Comply with SERB’s code of conduct and policy guidelines
- Demonstrate in words and actions the values of SERB
- This is a customer facing position with the expectation that you will be traveling to hospitals in your territory and to various onsite company meetings
- Comply with all hospital credentialing requirements

- Competitive 401(k), $1 for $1 up to 6% of pay. The safe harbour match is vested immediately. In addition, SERB also offers a discretionary match of up to 4% of pay which vests 20% a year for 5 years.
