Yoga Class Openings
We are looking for a Gentle Yoga Class Instructor to join our Dripping Springs location at the Belterra Village Shopping Center on Hwy 290 West near Nutty Brown Rd.
The ideal candidate(s) will be able to start within 2-3 weeks. We have a great group of members who attend regularly, so we prefer an instructor who has experience teaching the specific class in this posting.

Note: since we are typically able to pull from our current group of subs, we haven't advertised a regular class opening to the public since 2024.
Studio Overview
Serasana means “To Be Healthy,” and our mission is to create a community of hope and healing. Serasana is a Wellness Studio that fuses ancient wellness practices, specializing in rejuvenation through stress and pain management by blending acupuncture, yoga, massage, healing tea and remedies.
Our environment is unique. We have a beautiful tea bar and a thoughtful retail selection that supports our clients on their journey to wellness. We have a beautiful studio offering a weekly schedule of 20-30 classes, which may include Power, Hatha, Yin, Slow Flow, Gentle, Chair, Restorative, Kundalini, and Family Yoga, as well as Qigong.

Responsibilities
- Understand the Serasana model of health and wellness, and work together with fellow team members to help our clients take full advantage of available offerings.
- Create safe and effective yoga sequences for the style of yoga taught, prepare the room, greet clients, ensure clients registered correctly, and instruct asana verbally and through appropriate physical demonstration. Stay to answer questions after class, make announcements, promote workshops, sell retail and straighten room before leaving, which includes folding blankets, rolling straps, sweeping studio and sanitizing mat which were rented.
- Assist in the building participants through marketing activities.
- Monitor clients and modify their poses using verbal cues, physical demonstration or lastly hands-on adjustments, to maximize their potential and avoid injury.
Qualifications
We are looking for instructors with experience teaching at minimum 20 group classes.
Great compassion and communication skills, advanced knowledge of yoga, basic knowledge of acupuncture, massage and tea. Comfortable communicating with clients and announcing upcoming events and studio specials. Minimum of 200 hours of formal yoga training. Must maintain personal liability insurance as a yoga instructor.
Requirements
- This position requires the instructor to be able to physically demonstrate any asana included in their sequence.

- Report to work free of any adverse effects of drugs or alcohol.

Compensation
- $25-55 per class based on attendance
