Role Overview

As a Member of Technical Staff, Data, you will own and build the synthetic data pipeline that powers large‑scale simulations of enterprise environments. This deeply technical role requires high agency, rapid iteration, and the ability to work across infrastructure and AI research challenges alongside a small, expert team.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain end‑to‑end data engineering pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and storage of synthetic datasets.
• Design robust ingestion mechanisms, transformation layers, and evolve data models and schema strategies.
• Optimize pipelines for scalability, performance, and cost as data demands grow.
• Create large‑scale synthetic data simulations representing real enterprise usage, logs, and metrics across services and SaaS systems.
• Apply research (e.g., papers on simulations and synthetic data) to improve realism and quality of generated data.
• Maintain realistic consistency and “noise” in synthetic datasets to mirror real‑world enterprise complexity.

• You understand at least one of the following deeply: AI research, low‑level infrastructure, or AI agent engineering.
• Early‑stage experience (founder or early engineer) and AI research experience preferred***
