Job description
SER-Niños, growing Charter School Systems is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team at small High School as a School Registrar. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the High School office. Strong preference for bilingual (Spanish/English) .
Responsibilities:
- Oversee student registration process and ensure accuracy of student records
- Utilize PowerSchool software to manage student information and registration systems
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to coordinate class schedules and resolve scheduling conflicts
- Assist with education administration tasks such as transcript evaluation and graduation certification
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (education, administration, etc.)
- Previous experience working with students in an educational setting
- Experience with Powerschool is MUST.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and students
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
