What You Get to Do:
- As HR Coordinator at Sequoia One, you will be supporting our HR team on day-to-day tasks to ensure client needs are met.
- Support HR Business Partners in all areas of HR account management, which includes the following: Assist with HR projects, including compliance research, employee handbook creation and policy development.
- Respond to verbal and written verification of employment requests.
- Complete disability and unemployment claim forms.
- Monitor new hire on-boarding and connect with clients regarding I9 form status Partner with labor law poster vendor and coordinate poster distribution to clients.
- Prepare and route termination documents.
- Respond to unemployment and disability claims.
- Process incoming client admin forms and update Salesforce Create SOPs for internal processes
What You Bring:
- 2 years experience in HR or related role
- Solutions-oriented team player who takes initiative and is accountable for results.
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Detail and process-oriented thinker
- Bachelor 's degree required
