Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans
- Serve as the Charge Nurse during NOC shift, overseeing CNAs and ensuring high-quality resident care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and report to RN Supervisor or physician
- Document all care provided accurately and timely in EMR system
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team
- Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and facility policies
- Respond to emergencies and follow established protocols
- Participate in shift handoffs, training, and care planning
- Current California LVN license in good standing
- CPR certification
- Experience in a SNF or post-acute setting preferred, but not required
- New graduates encouraged to apply - we will train you!
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literate and comfortable with EMR systems
- Compassionate, dependable, and a team player
- Must be able to provide recent medical clearance to work in SNF
- Must pass background check and be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Starting rate $30
