About the Role
Caregivers support residents with personal care, activities of daily living (ADLs), and meaningful engagement while promoting dignity, safety, and independence. This role is essential to resident well-being and directly contributes to the positive, home-like atmosphere of our community.
What You’ll Do
Resident Care & Support
- Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support.
- Assist residents to meals, activities, and appointments within the community.
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns promptly to leadership.
- Participate in care planning and follow individualized service plans.
Safety & Daily Operations
- Perform routine safety checks and maintain a clean, organized resident environment.
- Support infection control practices and follow all RCFE regulations.
- Respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
- Document care and communication notes accurately and on time.
Teamwork & Service
- Work collaboratively with Med Techs, caregivers, and leadership to ensure smooth operations.
- Foster a positive, respectful, team-oriented environment.
- Uphold resident dignity, privacy, and resident rights at all times.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in caregiving, assisted living, skilled nursing, in-home care, or a similar role preferred.
- Genuine compassion and patience when working with seniors.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, transferring, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Good communication skills and comfort interacting with residents, families, and staff.
- Familiarity with RCFE regulations is a plus; we provide training.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
