What You'll Do
- Welcome prospective residents and families with warmth and professionalism
- Conduct tours and showcase everything Sequoia Springs has to offer
- Build relationships with hospitals, physicians, rehabilitation centers, home health agencies, and other referral sources
- Follow up with inquiries and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Coordinate the move-in process and ensure a smooth transition for new residents
- Participate in community events, outreach activities, and marketing initiatives
- Work closely with department leaders to provide an exceptional experience for residents and families
- Help grow occupancy and strengthen Sequoia Springs' reputation in the community
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Sales, marketing, healthcare, customer service, or senior living experience preferred
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Comfortable networking and building professional relationships
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
