This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lombard, IL, for a Commercial Property Manager. The selected candidate will oversee day-to-day property operations, develop and maintain relationships with tenants, vendors, and building owners, and ensure the properties are operating efficiently. Responsibilities include managing budgets, coordinating repairs and maintenance, facilitating lease agreements, and ensuring compliance with safety and building codes.
- Experience in property management, lease administration, and financial reporting.
