What will you do?
- Serve as the first point of contact for human resources and housing inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and accurate routing
- Assist with scheduling new team member start dates, orientations, housing check-ins, and onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain and organize HR files, records, and documentation, supporting audits and compliance requirements
- Support housing operations by assisting with events, inspections, transportation, and administrative duties, including shuttle driving as needed
- Coordinate training sessions, participate in safety initiatives, and collect information related to team member injuries and accidents
- Operate company vehicles for transportation across the property as needed
More about you
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior office or employee housing experience preferred
- Must have a valid driver’s license and meet all underwriting requirements for the company insurance plan
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
