Job Summary
Under the direction of the Director of Student Support & Special Education, the School Nurse will provide Special Education Health and Develop Assessments and assist the IEP and General Education teams in the development and oversight of Health Plans to students enrolled in the Charter Schools programs. The School Nurse will conduct all state mandated student health screenings and serve as a member of the Charter School’s Special Education and 504 teams and will collaborate as well as consult with team members. As an employee of the Charter School, the Special Education Nurse will follow the responsibilities and procedures as delineated in the Charter School Personnel Handbook. In person travel required in the following counties: Butte, Colusa, Placer, Sacramento, Sutter, Yolo, Yuba, Glenn, Lake, Mendocino, Tehama, Alpine, Amador, El Dorado

Valid California School Nurse Services Credential Cover letter Resume 3 letters of recommendation (signed and dated within one year) Must be able to travel in the 14 counties served by SGCA schools: Butte, Colusa, Placer, Sacramento, Sutter, Yolo, Yuba, Glenn, Lake, Mendocino, Tehama, Alpine, Amador, El Dorado
