As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Regional Director of Business Development to drive expansion throughout Florida and surrounding regions.

• Identify, pursue, and secure new partnership opportunities with SNFs, ALFs, and related healthcare providers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with facility administrators and leadership teams.
• Collaborate closely with clinical and operational leaders to ensure seamless program implementation and long-term satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to shape strategy and identify high-potential markets.
• Represent Sequoia Care at meetings, networking events, and industry functions to promote our mission and service model.
  

• A hungry, innovative self-starter who thrives on results and relationship-building.
• Proven sales track record with measurable success.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
• Healthcare or rehab industry experience is a plus — but not required. We’ll teach you the details if you bring the drive.
