Responsibilities:
As a Utility Systems Repairer Operator Leader, you will- Lead a crew of semi-skilled and skilled workers in water and wastewater treatment plant operations.
- Operate the water systems and is responsible for proper operation, monitoring, and maintenance of water treatment facilities, storage and distribution systems which provide between 500 and 50,000 gallons per day for public and domestic use.
- Operate Wastewater Treatment systems and is responsible for the efficient operation, maintenance, repairs, and monitoring of an Activated Sludge / Extended Aeration Treatment plant with state-of-the-art treatment processes.
- Keep supervisor informed concerning all aspects of quality and regulatory compliance of water or wastewater systems, condition of plants and equipment, infiltration or intentional contamination of the domestic water supply.
