As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Regional Director of Business Development to drive expansion throughout Florida and surrounding regions.
What You’ll Do
- Identify, pursue, and secure new partnership opportunities with SNFs, ALFs, and related healthcare providers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with facility administrators and leadership teams.
- Collaborate closely with clinical and operational leaders to ensure seamless program implementation and long-term satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to shape strategy and identify high-potential markets.
- Represent Sequoia Care at meetings, networking events, and industry functions to promote our mission and service model.
What We’re Looking For

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
- Healthcare or rehab industry experience is a plus — but not required. We’ll teach you the details if you bring the drive.
