Director of Enrollment, Artist Development & Community Expansion
Septien Entertainment Group | Full-Time**
Location: Dallas–Fort Worth (strong local relationships required)
Experience Required: 5 years in sales, enrollment, artist development, marketing, or community outreach. Must be very experienced in the music business.
Hours: Primarily 12pm–9pm, with flexibility for weekend events/tours and some travel in the music biz
Compensation: Base salary commission, benefits after probationary period

This role requires someone who understands the full ecosystem of music artist development:

Your job is to guide clients (from complete beginners to advanced performers) into the right programs, help them map their path as artists, and bring in new opportunities that grow SEG’s influence and enrollment.
Role Purpose
To drive SEG’s growth by:
• Recruiting and enrolling clients across all artist levels
• Connecting the community to SEG’s full spectrum of music and artist development services
• Supporting SEG’s internal teams as clients progress from training to performance to launch
• Building strategic partnerships that expand SEG’s ecosystem regionally and globally
Key Responsibilities
Client Enrollment & Artist Pathway Consultation
• Convert all inbound inquiries within 24 hours through calls, tours, and follow-ups
• Conduct in-depth consultations to place clients in the correct training path — beginner, intermediate, advanced, or launch-ready
• Explain and sell SEG’s full range of artist development offerings (vocals, songwriting, production, stage performance)
• Present SEG’s label-style services, including marketing support, content creation, song launch planning, and social media growth
• Maintain an active weekly pipeline and achieve monthly enrollment goals
• Lead Saturday tours (our highest-conversion day) and participate in public events and showcases
Community Engagement & Market Expansion
• Build strong relationships with schools, parent groups, venues, creators, influencers, churches, rec centers, bands, karaoke bars and local organizations
• Represent SEG at events, festivals, and performances to promote our artist development and launch programs
• Expand SEG’s reach into new communities and identify opportunities for workshops, satellite programs, and global partnerships
• Facilitate collaborations that introduce new audiences to SEG’s training and label services
Internal Leadership & Artist Development Integration
• Partner closely with teachers, coaches, and creative staff to align client goals with SEG’s programs
• Lead clients through understanding add-ons, upgraded levels, advanced training, and launch tiers
• Support curriculum implementation where it intersects with sales and client progress
• Ensure accurate scheduling, communication, and updates within Opus (or assigned internal systems)
• Participate in showcases, group classes, and events where enrollment and community visibility intersect
Marketing & Label Service Coordination
• Work with the marketing team to align messaging and funnel incoming leads
• Understand SEG’s marketing services — including content creation, press/PR coordination, song release strategy, branding development, and social media campaigns
• Translate client goals into actionable packages, guiding them from training to brand-building to song launches
• Utilize digital tools and platforms to support client growth and track their progress
Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years in sales, artist relations, enrollment, community outreach, or music-business development
• Working knowledge of artist development, performing arts training, or music marketing strongly preferred
• Proven success hitting monthly sales/enrollment goals
• Strong ties to the DFW area and ability to grow SEG’s presence
• Experience supporting or selling programs in entertainment, artist development, education, or label services is a major plus
• Excellent communicator who thrives in people-focused environments
• Comfortable working evenings/weekends during peak traffic and events
