Customer Service Representative

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. Duties

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using data entry skills.
• Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer issues or promote new services.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues effectively.
• Utilize ServiceTitan and other software tools to manage customer data and reports.
• Uphold company policies while ensuring compliance with call center standards.

Skills

• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective client services.
• Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
• Proficient in data entry with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
• Solid computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Sales experience is a plus, particularly in outbound calling scenarios.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.27 - $28.02 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
