Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using data entry skills.
- Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer issues or promote new services.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues effectively.
- Utilize ServiceTitan and other software tools to manage customer data and reports.
- Uphold company policies while ensuring compliance with call center standards.
Skills
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective client services.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
- Solid computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- Sales experience is a plus, particularly in outbound calling scenarios.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

Pay: $23.27 - $28.02 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
