As a Customer Service & Dispatch Representative, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive fast, friendly, and reliable service. Your day-to-day will include:
- Answering inbound service requests via phone (primarily), email, or fax in a professional and courteous manner.
- Coordinating service calls by preparing routing information and scheduling appointments with our dispatch team.
- Following up to confirm appointments are completed by required deadlines.
- Adjusting or canceling bookings when needed while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Accessing and updating customer records to ensure accurate and current account information.
We’re seeking individuals who are reliable, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have:
- 1 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or dispatch environment in home services, liquid waste, or solid waste.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Ability to quickly learn new software systems; experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills—able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills—friendly, courteous, and professional at all times.
