Blue Jay Dental is seeking a Full-Time General Dentist for a dentist-led group practice in Ellisville, MS. This opportunity is open to both experienced dentists and strong new grads looking for mentorship, autonomy, and long-term growth.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $205K guarantee or 30% of production (whichever is greater)
• 31% production in year two
• $20K sign-on bonus
• Full benefits malpractice, DEA, and dues covered

Ellisville, MS – Southeast Mississippi with small-town charm and central access to major cities

• North: Jackson, MS – :90 miles
• South: Gulfport, MS – :90 miles
• East: Mobile, AL – :100 miles

Requirements:

• DDS/DMD
• Mississippi license (or in process)
• CPR/BLS
