• Operate and maintain laser screed equipment to ensure accurate and precise concrete placement
• Work closely with project managers and customers to meet project deadlines
• Maintain a safe work environment by following all company and OSHA safety guidelines
• Troubleshoot any equipment issues and perform routine maintenance as needed
• Assist with other construction duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• 3 years of experience as a Laser Screed Operator or a min of 3 years in the concrete industry
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and drawings
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality workmanship
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
