Your role is pivotal in ensuring that each store operates efficiently and aligns with the company’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Growth: Drive and monitor consistent sales growth by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing effective sales strategies. Ensure district sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Team Development: Develop and execute comprehensive training programs for Store Managers, focusing on leadership, product knowledge, and customer service skills. Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development.
- Operational Excellence: Conduct regular store visits to assess operational performance and ensure adherence to company policies and standards. Promote best practices in merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.
- Customer-Centric Culture: Implement feedback mechanisms and ensure customer insights inform store operations. Build strong client relationships and deliver client-centric solutions.
- Collaboration: Partner with FSC and brand teams to plan events and promotions that drive traffic to stores. Facilitate effective collaboration among coworkers and external partners.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth. Develop strategies that leverage competitive advantages and emerging trends.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years in a multi-unit leadership role.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and managing P&L statements.
- Leadership: Inspire and motivate diverse teams, driving performance and accountability.
- Analytical: Use data analysis tools to assess performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Problem-Solving: Make quick, data-driven decisions using critical thinking.
- Organizational: Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneDrive, SharePoint) and retail analytics software.
