Planning, forecasting and allocating products are the crucial first steps in the products’ journey to our clients. It takes analytical, strategic, and results-oriented inventory management professionals to build efour brand partnerships, forecast client behaviors and optimize inventory levels across our network. Operations and logistics complete the products’ journey into our clients’ hands. • Create pre-season Brand Budget Plans partnering with Inventory Directors, Merchants, and Vendors
• Create and manage Department Plans (tops down) and Brand Plans (bottoms up) through both pre-season and in season timeframes.
• Open to Buy (OTB): Own monthly in season OTB forecast of sales and inventory needs within budgeted goals. 
• Present at monthly cross-functional OTB meeting
• Analyze and partner with Merchants to manage opportunities and risks.
• Own newness/launch forecasts and buys to support all merchandising and promo strategies. Analyze and validate inventory needs for Animations, App Previews, Emails, and early launches.
• Analytics: Analyze and validate sales and inventory needs for Key Initiatives, Animations and promotions. Conduct Newness hindsight and key initiatives analysis on a quarterly basis 
• Develop New Brand strategies, projected sales, and inventory needs for launch timeframe.
• Consistent communication with vendors on sales performance, in-stocks, and outstanding issues
• Develop sales and buy plans for Dotcom events; Report business weekly stock continuity

• Excellent technical skills – MS Office (specifically Excel, Word).

The annual base salary range for this position is $86,955.00 - $97,185.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.  Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.  Sephora offers a generous benefits package to full-time employees, which includes comprehensive health, dental and vision plans; a superior 401(k) plan, various paid time off programs; employee discount/perks; life insurance; disability insurance; flexible spending accounts; and an employee referral bonus program.
