Role Description
This on-site, full-time Assistant Store Manager role is based in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. The Assistant Store Manager will oversee daily operations, lead 15-20 store employees as direct reports, provide daily ongoing coaching to leads and advisors and ensure a positive and seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities include operational compliane, leading through Sephora values, managing payroll, managing inventory, driving sales, supporting loss prevention initiatives, and assisting with the implementation of company policies and procedures. Collaboration with the Store Manager and other Assistant Store Managers to meet business goals and maintain a high standard of service is essential.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Customer Service and a commitment to ensuring Customer Satisfaction.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively lead and support staff and customers.
Excellent Time Managment and follow through.
- Experience in Store Management and Retail Operations, including supervision and staff development.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention and the ability to enforce store policies and security procedures.
- Skills in team leadership, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
- Proven ability to meet sales goals and optimize store performance.
- Familiarity with beauty products and trends is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail or a related field and required open availability for a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends and peak business periods
