We're looking for an energetic and inspiring job coach to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience developing and implementing effective employment programs, as well as coaching individuals to achieve employment. A successful job coach will also be able to motivate and encourage participants to gain the skills and experience needed to attain meaningful employment
Responsibilities:
- Work with a person(s) with a disability.
- Provide 1:1 or group training in pre employment skills
- Assist with the development of a resume.
- Attend in person job interviews with participant.
- Communicate effectively and respectfully with participant, caregiver(s), employers, alike.
- Make sure to maintain the safety of the participant during their work shift.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $20.00 per hour
