Job Type: Regular Scheduled Hours: 20 Job Description: Join Our Team: St. Elizabeth Physicians is seeking an experienced Anesthesia Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our award-winning healthcare team. As an integral member of our anesthesia care team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the success of our organization. Responsibilities: Provide pre-anesthesia care services including pre-anesthesia evaluation Collaborate with anesthesiologists and other clinicians to develop and implement individualized patient care plans Conduct thorough medical histories, physical examinations, order and review diagnostic tests as needed, place medication orders Educate patients and families on anesthesia options, risks, and post-operative care Participate in quality improvement initiatives to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction Qualifications: APRN Certification – FNP Required Experience in pre-operative or post-operative care preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Additional Requirements: Knowledge of electronic medical records and anesthesia information management systems Skill in case management, time management, and problem-solving Ability to analyze complex data and draw conclusions Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a team-based decision-making culture About St. Elizabeth: St. Elizabeth Physicians is a physician led multi-specialty physician group organization consisting of 517 physicians, 334 advanced practice providers and more than 2,000 non-provider associates.
