Hiring: Sushi / Poke / Ramen Team Member
(Inside UTSA Cafeteria)
We are a Japanese grab-and-go restaurant located inside the UTSA Cafeteria, offering fresh sushi, poke bowls, and ramen. We are looking for reliable and hardworking team members to join our team.
Working Hours:
- Starting from 5:00 AM (Part-time & Full-time positions available, flexible scheduling)
Job Duties:
- Prepare and set up grab-and-go sushi for display
- Make poke bowls and ramen bowls to order
- Restock sushi and other items as needed throughout the day
- Handle delivery packing and preparation
- Operate the register and assist customers
- Clean and sanitize workstations, prep ingredients for the next day
Requirements:
- Responsible and dependable individuals
- Able to work well as part of a team and communicate effectively
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus, but not required (we will train)
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
