Duties
- Able to explain Korean dishes to customers

- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables while maintaining attention to detail.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including food pairings and specials, enhancing the dining experience.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive dining experience for all patrons.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
- Process payments accurately using basic math skills for cash handling and credit card transactions.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings, is preferred but not required.
