About the Role
We are seeking an reliable, full-time Team Member to join our kitchen. This role is responsible for food preparation, order assembly, line cooking, and maintaining an organized, sanitary kitchen environment. Candidates must be available to work closing shifts Monday through Saturday.
Key Responsibilities
- Prep, chop, and portion ingredients following established recipes and specs
- Cook menu items efficiently while upholding high quality and safety standards
- Assemble food orders accurately and collaborate with staff during busy service periods
- Clean, sanitize, and organize food prep stations and kitchen equipment
- Perform regular dishwashing duties to keep the kitchen running smoothly
- Keep track of inventory levels and report low stock to management
- Follow all health code, sanitation, and food safety guidelines
Requirements & Qualifications
- Immediate availability for full-time employment
- Open availability for closing shifts, Monday through Saturday
- Prior experience working in a commercial kitchen setting preferred
- Strong proficiency with chef knives and kitchen tools
- Ability to multitask and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with safe food handling procedures and kitchen sanitation
- Clear communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
