What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Product Manager, Orchestration (Hybrid) position at SEON Technologies?
SEON is the command center for fraud prevention and AML compliance, helping thousands of companies worldwide stop fraud, reduce risk and protect revenue. Powered by 900 real-time, first-party data signals, SEON enriches customer profiles, flags suspicious behavior and streamlines compliance workflows - all from one place. SEON provides richer data, more flexible and transparent analysis, and faster time to value than any other provider on the market. We’ve helped companies reduce fraud by 95% and achieve 32x ROI, and we’re growing fast, thanks to our partnerships with some of the world’s most ambitious digital brands like Revolut, Wise, and Bilt.
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead SEON’s Orchestration platform. This role will define how customers design, automate, and adapt end-to-end decision workflows using SEON’s tools, third-party integrations, and custom logic. It’s a foundational piece of our roadmap and a critical step in becoming the central operating system for fraud and compliance teams.
You’ll shape a platform that gives users modular building blocks to create onboarding flows, fraud checks, AML escalations, and more without code. You’ll also explore how to introduce adaptive, AI-guided logic and reusable patterns that let customers respond faster to risk, scale confidently, and maintain control.
This will not be a product extension, it will be a product platform. You’ll own the vision, drive execution, and bring orchestration to life in a way that’s extensible, enterprise-ready, and simple to adopt.
This position is a hybrid role located in our Austin, TX office.

- Lay the foundation for dynamic, AI-enhanced workflows that adapt to behavior, context, and risk signals in real time
Deliver a No-Code, Developer-Grade Platform
- Work with engineering and design to develop a builder that supports visual workflow creation, conditional logic, branching, and event-based triggers
- Ensure customers can integrate internal systems, third-party tools, and SEON capabilities into unified workflows
- Prioritize usability and performance, balancing simplicity for first-time users with power and extensibility for advanced teams
- Define an interface that supports multi-step onboarding, continuous monitoring, and automated escalations based on configurable policies
Bring AI Into the Decisioning Layer
- Collaborate with data science and engineering to build orchestration intelligence
- Explore how to surface rule suggestions, anomaly flags, and decision recommendations based on historical outcomes and live risk signals
- Introduce feedback loops that help customers tune workflows over time
- Support experimentation frameworks that measure impact and guide iteration
Understand Customer and Market Needs
- Regularly meet with fraud, risk, and compliance leaders to gather insight and pressure-test concepts
- Track industry trends, regulation, and the growing demand for explainability and auditability in automated decisions
- Ensure orchestration unlocks high-value use cases across onboarding, fraud detection, identity verification, and AML screening
- Help define pricing, packaging, and positioning strategies with go-to-market teams
Build for Scale and Growth
- Own and prioritize the orchestration roadmap, with a clear path from MVP to maturity
- Partner with the Integrations PM to ensure external data and services work seamlessly within orchestration
- Design the orchestration layer to support embedded use cases, multi-product environments, and region-specific compliance requirements
- Help shape the hiring plan and team structure as this product area grows
What You'll Bring
- 7 years in product management with experience in B2B SaaS, platforms, or workflow automation
- Strong technical fluency and ability to partner closely with engineering on APIs, system architecture, and data pipelines
- Direct experience with building no-code orchestration engines
- Experience building or working with rule engines, process builders, or no-code tools
- A customer-led mindset with the ability to turn complex problems into clear, scalable solutions
- Experience working on early-stage platform products and scaling them into core revenue drivers
- Comfort working in fast-moving, highly collaborative environments
- Familiarity with fraud, compliance, onboarding, or trust and safety is a plus
