Residential Landscape Designer

Seoane Landscape Design award winning landscape company has been designing & constructing residential landscapes on the South Shore of Massachusetts for 50 years. We are currently seeking an experienced, energetic Landscape Designer and Sales Person with 3 years of experience to collaborate with and add to our growing design team. Work with the best team members and clients
Responsibilities
Sales and design is required to meet high- end residential client's needs
Schedule meetings with clients to formulate clear goals for their property and landscape.
Draft landscape plans by computer or hand.
Build three dimensional landscape models in Sketch-Up and render photos in Lumion.
Cost estimating for all landscape projects & write-up of detailed proposals.
Present plan, model, renderings & cost proposal to clients.
Project management & site visits to layout projects with foreman, team members and clients
Qualifications
Bachelors in Landscape Architecture or Landscape Design (preferred)
Great communication skills
Knowledge of computer CAD software
Sketch-up modeling & Lumion rendering software
Site & project layout
Comprehensive plant & landscape construction knowledge
Estimation of landscape projects and management ( job costing system)
Drafting proposals for clients
Sales experience with clients
