We are looking for an Accounting/Administrative Assistant to join our office team at Senzig’s.
In our business, it takes the entire team to keep things moving. We are family owned small business and this lends the opportunity to try new things and work alongside other departments like sales, service, and warehouse. In the office, we rely on our team to see through the logistic side of things.
These duties include but are not be limited to:
- Entering purchase orders and customer sales into database
- Process and Manage ordering and receiving of merchandise
- Accounts payable and customer service
- Daily administrative tasks
- Answering phones and helping our customers connect to our sales team
- Processing duties according to a predefined system
- Cleaning and more

- Proven work history in an office environment

- Diligent when working with deadlines
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment
- Strong communicator and leader
- Great customer service/interpersonal skills

- Accounting/Bookkeeping background a must
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
