As a Cleared Security Escort, you will be responsible for monitoring and escorting uncleared workers in addition to maintaining the security and integrity of the facilities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Guard duties as designated by maintaining appropriate automated and manual logs, journals, and computer databases
- Conducting basic facility checks, and inspecting material deliveries, personnel, and vehicles
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve knowledge of written and oral post orders, policies, procedures and standards of conduct.
- Perform escorting and monitoring of visitors/uncleared personnel to secure areas within the site, including access control through confirmation of identification, conducting inspection of visitors/uncleared personnel and hand-carried items.
- Maintain line-of-sight of uncleared persons at all times while on site.
- Maintain access logs consistent with project and customer requirements.
- Prevent the unauthorized disclosure of sensitive information.
- Properly cleanse secured areas prior to escorting uncleared personnel into the facility.
- Follow all company and customer security and safety policies.
Required Qualifications:
- Must possess active or recently CLEARED SECRET or TOP SECRET clearance at time of application.
- US Citizenship required to obtain and maintain clearance
- 1 to 3 years of experience in security escorting, access control, military or law enforcement
- High School Diploma
