What You’ll Do
- Provide clerical and operational support, of a moderately complex nature to the Life & Annuities department. Duties may include preparing routine correspondence, compiling report data, verifying data, completing forms or reports, providing telephone coverage, ordering, and maintaining supplies, distributing mail, or filing.
- Assist in securing documents and information from customers/prospects, team members, Management, and fellow teams within Life & Annuities.
- Partner with our Direct Writer team to obtain necessary documents for underwriting purposes
- Assemble contracts for customer delivery.
- Use problem-solving skills and best judgment to work with internal business units to resolve problems and other miscellaneous duties.
- Associate Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2 years of related work experience.
- Previous insurance experience strongly preferred.
- Advanced personal computer and office service skills.
- Organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work under time constraints.
