Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Security Officer to join our on-site team in Columbus, OH. The Security Officer will be responsible for monitoring and securing assigned areas, conducting routine patrols, and providing incident response. Additional duties may include maintaining detailed incident reports, managing access control, and fostering positive relationships with clients, residents, and visitors. This role also requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure while ensuring safety and security for individuals and properties.

Qualifications
- Experience in surveillance, patrolling, and incident response
- Strong communication, verbal de-escalation, and report writing skills
- Knowledge or certification in First Aid, CPR, AED, or other emergency response techniques
- Familiarity with access control systems and security equipment
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and exhibit integrity
- Completion of relevant state-mandated security certifications is preferred
- Previous experience in law enforcement, military, or security is beneficial
- High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced training or certifications are advantageous
