Client Service Associate
Overview

They provide exceptional service to our clients and will directly support the Financial Advisor. Through consistent, thoughtful interactions, this role aids in maintaining trusted relationships and ensures every client feels valued. A successful candidate will lead with a client-first mindset, demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, and assist clients with their everyday financial needs.
Responsibilities
Client Support
- Partner with the financial advisor to cultivate and strengthen client relationships.
- Execute money movement transactions at the request of clients or the advisor.
- Respond to general account-related inquiries, including balances and non-investment questions.
- Assist with account documentation and maintain accurate client records.
- Educate and guide clients in using digital tools and secure platforms.
- Support advisor marketing initiatives, including website updates and client communications.
- Help deliver on the firm's client service model and business plan.
- Participate in firm initiatives, training programs, and special projects as directed.
Administrative Support
- Answer inbound calls and schedule follow-up communications with clients and advisor.
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare materials for client engagements.
- Organize travel itineraries, prepare expense reports, and oversee reimbursement processes.
- Provide general office support, including document preparation, filing, and scanning.
- Assist advisor with expense reporting and administrative tasks.
Education, Experience, and Skills
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
- Prior industry experience preferred.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional communication and client service skills.
- Strong time management and multitasking ability.
- Collaborative team player
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
