The Division Vice President is responsible for the day-to-day management of the association(s) they are assigned at or near the ratio level to keep the division balanced. Additionally, the DVP will assist the Division President with training and supervising the division staffResponsibilities Include:Sustain maximum client satisfaction by meeting the needs of each assigned Board and CommunityFunction as a Community Manager for assigned accounts, including all aspects of the CAM job descriptionRecruit, select, train, and manage division employeesSupport Division President with initiatives and operationsApplicants Must: Maintain licensing in some statesHave at least 2 years of previous leadership experienceHave at least 2 years of previous Community Management ExperienceBe professional, organized, and self-motivatedPossess strong written and verbal communication skillsHold a valid license to operate a motor vehicle with a clean driving recordHave a proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skillsBenefits and Compensation:Salary commensurate with experience and qualificationsTraining and Support provided Comprehensive benefits packageWork-life balanceSentry Management, Inc. is an equal opportunity employerPreviously 'Assistant Division Manager'
