What are the responsibilities and job description for the Compliance Driver - Full Time position at Sentry Management?

We are seeking a Compliance Driver for compliance review and customer service to work in the Nashville, TN area. Applicant must be an outgoing individual with a positive attitude. Must be highly motivated, organized and exceptionally detail-oriented. Must have a clean driving record and a reliable vehicle.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for noting violations for homeowners' associations
- Review common areas for repairs.
- Provide reports written and app driven reports.
- Operate a I-pad review and taking pictures.
- Inspect neighborhoods weekly.
Requirements:
- Must have valid driver's license with good driving record
- Must have reliable vehicle
- Communication skills
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
