Role Description
This is a full-time remote Trainer role at Sentry Management Solutions. The Trainer will facilitate learning and development opportunities for employees and partners, deliver training sessions, and develop training materials and programs tailored to organizational needs. Additional duties include evaluating the effectiveness of training sessions, maintaining training records, and ensuring all materials reflect up-to-date processes and policies. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders to identify areas of growth and implement training initiatives will also be essential.
Qualifications
- Training delivery, presentation skills, and proficiency in creating and conducting virtual and in-person sessions
- Curriculum design, instructional materials development, and content customization skills
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal abilities
- Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Familiarity with transportation services or the healthcare industry is a plus
- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and digital tools is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience
