Facilities Manager - Full Time

We are currently seeking an experienced Facilities Manager for on of our Boulder, CO Communities

Functions: Performs services on behalf of the Homeowner Association. Performs light electrical, plumbing and general maintenance. Partners with other Hammersmith properties for on-call responsibilities. Manages the Preventative Maintenance plans for all of the Association Building Systems. Is the first point of contact for all vendors servicing the property. Works in cooperation with the General Manager in the day-to- day operations of the Homeowner’s Association.

Responsibilities Include But May Not Be Limited To

• Light electrical
• Plumbing and general maintenance
• Pool system and hot tub system maintenance
• Direct staff in grounds keeping and cleaning of building interiors
• Interaction with community members
• On Call responsibilities
• Meet with and direct contractors
• Obtain requests for proposals
• Order and maintain supplies
• Attend monthly meeting as a part of the Management Team
• Understand building components and how they work including boilers, HVAC, electrical, elevators, electronic equipment, fire alarms, security systems, lighting systems, entry systems, fire suppression systems.
• Oversee and supervise Maintenance Technicians, ensuring work orders, preventive maintenance, repairs, and facility projects are completed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company standards and community expectations. Provide direction, training, and performance oversight.
  
  

Education Requirements

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Trade School or Technical background
