We are currently looking for a Covenants Coordinator for one of our busy properties in East Orlando. The Covenants Coordinator is responsible for following processes adopted by the Board of Directors.

We are currently looking for a Covenants Coordinator for one of our busy properties in East Orlando. The Covenants Coordinator is responsible for following processes adopted by the Board of Directors.
Covenant Inspections
- Inspect property on a regular schedule for violations
- Take and store pictures on computer
- Sent notices for violations as required by Florida Statutes and Governing Documents
- Update violation and fine spreadsheets
- Submit debit memos for fines and each month
- Provide Board of Directors covenant violation list for review, approval and recommendations of fines per Florida Statute
- Assemble agendas and packets for monthly meetings
- Provide guidance and meeting information to all homeowners regarding process for attending the Covenants Committee meetings
- Post meeting notices as deemed by Florida Statutes
- Prepare minutes of meetings and distribute to Committee Members for approval
- Provide guidance to Covenants Committee regarding policies under the realm of the statutes, governing documents and established processes
- Answer questions from owners about any correspondence pertaining to Covenant Process via phone, email and/or in person
- Mail out notices to owners in violation according to Florida Statute 720 and governing documents
- Maintain Excel spreadsheet to show new, final and corrected violations as well as any properties that are being fined
- Works closely with ARC Coordinator in instances where a violation turns into an ARC application
- Must have working knowledge of word, excel and power point
- Must have excellent phone skills
- CAM License preferred but not required
