We are recruiting high-level armed professionals to join our Residential Patrol Operations in Central Florida.
This role is designed for individuals who understand that security is not passive — it requires presence, awareness, and decisive action.
Our officers don’t just observe — they prevent, deter, and respond.
POSITION MISSION:
Operate as an Armed Patrol Officer in residential communities, executing proactive patrols, maintaining controlled access, and responding effectively to incidents while upholding a strong and professional presence.
OPERATIONAL DUTIES:
• Proactive vehicle patrol within residential communities
• Initial response to incidents and potential threats
• Access control and visitor verification
• Identification and reporting of suspicious activity
• Completion of clear, accurate, and defensible reports
• Operation of surveillance and virtual monitoring systems
• Professional interaction with residents and property management
NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS:
• Valid Florida Security Licenses Class D & G
• Clean driving record (NO DUI)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Professional appearance and physical readiness
• Strong report writing skills
• Basic knowledge of monitoring systems (CCTV, remote platforms)
• Ability to make sound decisions under pressure
A QUALIFICATIONS:
• Military background
• Prior law enforcement experience (verifiable)
PREFERRED:
• Bilingual (English / Spanish)
• Portuguese is a plus
