Position Overview
As a Grocery Clerk, you’ll play a key role in keeping the store stocked, organized, and customer-ready. This is a hands-on role that includes stocking shelves, assisting customers, and maintaining store standards.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays with product
- Face and organize merchandise to maintain a clean, full appearance
- Check dates and rotate product (FIFO)
- Assist customers with locating items and answering questions
- Maintain cleanliness of aisles, backroom, and work areas
- Help unload deliveries and organize backstock
- Follow all store safety and operational procedures
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Reliable and punctual
- Customer-friendly attitude
- Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus, but not required
