Base Pay Range
As a ADAS Mobile Technician, you will be responsible for performing on-site Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) calibrations for various vehicles, ensuring that systems such as lane departure, forward collision warning, adaptive cruise control, and other driver safety technologies are functioning correctly. You will travel to customer locations (body shops, dealerships, or directly to vehicle owners) and use state-of-the-art tools and OEM-specific equipment to accurately diagnose and calibrate these systems in compliance with manufacturer guidelines.

Primary Responsibilities
- Prepare and communicate customer quotes which includes a thorough OE repair process review.
- Perform wheel alignments.
- Complete Static ADAS calibrations following Company’s defined and documented processes.
- Complete Dynamic ADAS calibrations and verifications following Company’s defined and documented processes.
- Proactively communicate with customers, answer questions, and provide status updates in a professional manner.
- Trouble shoot vehicle problems and repair/replace worn or broken components/parts.
- Lead and execute daily operating processes to deliver high quality and efficient customer service.
- Prepare and transmit customer invoices with proper documentation.
- Complete software updates on calibration equipment immediately or as required.
- Calibrate equipment daily per manufacturer requirements.
- Administer preventative maintenance and equipment repair needs.
- Develop and implement a daily plan for all jobs.

- Technical Expertise: Thorough understanding of ADAS technologies, diagnostic tools, and OEM procedures.
- Customer Service: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to explain complex systems and processes to customers and stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot ADAS issues and implement solutions effectively.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring all calibration work meets OEM specifications and documentation is completed accurately.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently in the field and manage your own schedule efficiently.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel within a designated area and adjust to different working environments.
- Customer Focus
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification or equivalent automotive technician certification (preferred).
- Valid Driver’s License
- 2 years of experience in automotive repair or ADAS calibration (preferred).
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools, calibration software, and OEM-specific calibration procedures.
- Meet the requirements of Motor Vehicle Record Policy and Company Vehicle Fleet Policy.
- Experience working in a mobile service environment is a plus.
- Ability to read and follow OEM service and calibration manuals.
- Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Frequent Bending and crouching
- Ability to lift and move calibration equipment and parts (up to 50 lbs.).
- Standing for long periods of time
