What are the responsibilities and job description for the Roofing Contractor position at Sentri Homes?
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable roofing crew or lead installer for a residential roof replacement project in Powell, WY. The job consists of a total surface area of approximately 1,090sq. ft. across a primary residence.
Roof Scope of Work :
- Full tear-off down to decking
- Proper disposal of all roofing debris
- Inspect decking and report any damaged areas (minor repairs as needed)
- Installation of underlayment and ice & water shield
- Installation of architectural shingles, drip edge, step flashing, pipe boots, ridge caps, and vents
- Full cleanup and debris haul-off
Soffit/Fascia Scope of Work :
- Install approximately 200 sq ft of black vented aluminum soffit
- Install approximately 160 LF of black fascia trim
- Full cleanup and debris haul-off
Gutter Scope of Work :
- Install approximately 150 LF of black seamless gutters
- Install approximately 40 LF of black downspouts
- Install black aluminum mesh gutter guards
- Full cleanup and debris haul-off
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of hands-on roofing experience (replacements, not just repairs)
- Ability to work independently or bring a small crew
- Own tools and equipment
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable working at height safely
- References from past roofing work a plus
Pay: Up to $3,500.00 per week
