Sentri-Fi is a security-first technical support organization focused on helping businesses stay operational, secure, and ahead of risk.
We’re looking for a Help Desk Technician who can go beyond basic troubleshooting—someone who can solve complex issues, communicate clearly with clients, and take full ownership of outcomes.
Responsibilities- Serve as an escalation point for client support issues
- Troubleshoot complex technical problems across endpoints, networks, and cloud environments
- Participate in and execute technical projects (onboarding, migrations, system improvements)
- Communicate effectively with clients, translating technical issues into clear, understandable terms
- Maintain accurate documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
- Identify recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions
- Support and enforce security best practices (MFA, endpoint protection, access controls, etc.)
- Mentor and support Tier 1 technicians
- 3–5 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or MSP environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows environments and Microsoft 365
- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, firewalls, VPNs)
- Experience with cloud-based systems and modern IT environments
- Experience handling escalations and/or participating in technical projects
- Industry certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, or similar)
- Experience in an MSP or client-facing IT environment
- Clear Communication: Ability to explain technical issues in plain language
