Sentri-Fi is a security-first technical support organization focused on helping businesses stay operational, secure, and ahead of risk.

We’re looking for a Help Desk Technician who can go beyond basic troubleshooting—someone who can solve complex issues, communicate clearly with clients, and take full ownership of outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as an escalation point for client support issues
  • Troubleshoot complex technical problems across endpoints, networks, and cloud environments
  • Participate in and execute technical projects (onboarding, migrations, system improvements)
  • Communicate effectively with clients, translating technical issues into clear, understandable terms
  • Maintain accurate documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions
  • Support and enforce security best practices (MFA, endpoint protection, access controls, etc.)
  • Mentor and support Tier 1 technicians
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or MSP environment
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows environments and Microsoft 365
  • Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, firewalls, VPNs)
  • Experience with cloud-based systems and modern IT environments
  • Experience handling escalations and/or participating in technical projects
Preferred
  • Industry certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, or similar)
  • Experience in an MSP or client-facing IT environment
