What are the responsibilities and job description for the ASI, General Cleaner position at Sentral Services LLC?
Full-time, Weekdays
- Serving as a liaison between the client, operations lead, and corporate support teams.
- Conducting daily communication and participating in client meetings, as necessary.
- Performing audits and inspections of completed work to assess performance (contract and tag).
- Collaborating regularly with the VP of Operations, Operations Manager, client, and/or property management to identify site needs.
- Hiring, supervising, and training employees responsible for maintaining buildings and grounds.
- Managing labor and supply budgets in accordance with contract requirements.
- Tracking and maintaining nightly reports, employee schedules, equipment, and periodic work per contract.
- Overseeing day-to-day workflow, scheduling, and employee assignments.
- Performing other related duties as assigned.
