Duties and responsibilities
Content Reviews and Audits
· Review courses for technical accuracy.
· Support the conversion of legacy materials into modern, learner-centered digital formats.
· Work within platforms such as Absorb LMS and Microsoft Suite to review and provide course feedback.
· Ensure content quality, clarity, and alignment with learning objectives.
Deliverables & Quality Standards
· Review and provide feedback on 5 courses per week.
· Audit each course for technical accuracy.
· Provide that feedback formatted excel.
Qualifications
What Is a Must Have:
· 5 year experience working on HFC networks
· 5 years experience with Wireless networks.

· Interest in developing expertise in AI-assisted instructional design workflows.
· Ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging content.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Working conditions
This engagement requires approximately 10-40 hours per week based on availability. This position may be performed remotely, in a hybrid arrangement, or onsite; hybrid work is available only for contractors residing in the greater Denver, CO area.
Remote work requires a dedicated home workspace with reliable high-speed internet access and the ability to manage AI-assisted content tools and multiple digital platforms simultaneously.

· Ability to read detailed information on a computer screen for extended periods.
· Ability to communicate clearly via phone and video conferencing platforms.
