This is a full-time on-site role for a NOC Technician based in New Baltimore, MI. The NOC Technician will monitor and maintain network systems, provide technical support to resolve system and network issues, and ensure operational efficiency. Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting network problems, managing and administering computer network operations, and assisting with routine maintenance to uphold optimal network performance. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with a team to proactively identify and address any operational challenges.
- Experience in Network Operations Center (NOC) management and Computer Network Operations
- Skills in Network Administration and technical troubleshooting for resolving network and system issues
- Proficiency in providing Technical Support and conducting routine system maintenance
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to diverse operational challenges
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network ) are a plus
- Previous experience in the renewable energy or technology sectors is an advantage
