What are the responsibilities and job description for the Template - Support Analyst position at Sentinel?
- Must have hands-on experience with Cisco routers and switches
- CCNA certification is highly preferred
- Experience working with Cisco networking platforms is REQUIRED
- Experience troubleshooting networking issues required
- Familiarity with Palo Alto, Meraki, Fortinet, Cisco Security products such as FTD, FMC, AMP, DUO, Umbrella, etc.is a plus
- Familiar supporting wireless networks with Cisco wireless LAN controllers using both traditional centralized deployments as well as converged access preferred
- Exceptional customer relations skills
- The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
- A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
