You will work directly alongside our lead advisor, managing ongoing client relationships, preparing planning recommendations, and helping our team deliver the highest standard of financial guidance. WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Prepare financial plans, investment proposals, and client review materials in partnership with the lead advisor
- Conduct client review meetings, gathering updates, addressing questions, and documenting outcomes
- Monitor client relationships tax events, or life changes that warrant advisor attention
- Coordinate with our Client Service team on account administration, paperwork, and client onboarding
- Contribute to team huddles, planning sessions, and ongoing refinement of client experience standards
- Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and expand planning conversations within the existing client base
- Serve as a point of contact for an assigned block of client relationships, ensuring continuity and quality of service
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (required) Active and in good standing
- 2–5 years of experience in a wealth management or financial planning environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships with professionalism and care
- Proficiency with financial planning tools and CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication — you can explain complex concepts clearly
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits — you follow through and follow up
- Team player who takes ownership of their work and lifts those around them
- A mindset oriented toward learning, growth, and long-term career development
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Base Salary 70,000 to 80,000
